🚀 Tech and Public Speaking Gurus Celebrate the Successful Launch of Tech Talk Toastmasters 🚀

Hong Kong, 14 March 2025 — Tech Talk Toastmasters, a dynamic new English-speaking public speaking community dedicated to elevating tech-focused presentation skills, proudly announces the successful completion of its Launch Event cum Inauguration of the Charter Executive Committee, held on 13 March 2025 at Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong. The event welcomed over 60 Charter Members, veteran Toastmasters, industry leaders, and tech innovators for an evening of inspiration, networking, and leadership celebration.

Themed “Hello, World!”—a nod to the first step in coding and a symbol of new beginnings—the evening featured high-profile speakers, interactive sessions, and the official inauguration of the club’s leadership team. Distinguished guests included Ir. Tony Wong, JP, Commissioner for Digital Policy; Hon. Duncan Chiu, Legislative Council Member; Prof. Hon. Kam-fai Wong, MH, Legislative Council Member; and Andrew Yeung, DTM, District 89 International Speech Champion 2024, alongside renowned Toastmasters leaders and tech experts.

Guest of Honour Ir. Tony Wong, JP, in his address to the audience, stated, “The importance of communication skills in the technology sector cannot be overstated. In this rapidly evolving digital era, technical expertise is undoubtedly vital. However, the ability to articulate complex ideas, collaborate effectively, and inspire innovation is what truly sets individuals apart.”
